The private courtyard

For the third there is the private courtyard to which each room of the house is orientated. This yard is closed to three sides by the buildings; the wall of translucent thermal insulation between two houses is not permeable. The fourth side of each yard is directed towards the commonly used green area and can be designed more openly or more closed, choosing the variation of garden design one likes.
